4. Inspection of MCLLROY Wheel Loader
It is important to note that inspections are a crucial part of ensuring the proper functioning of any machine, including loaders. MCLLROY technicians typically need to inspect the following parts:
Adjusting the tire pressure and driving the loader to the inspection platform to ensure that the bucket is level when on the ground.
Checking the hydraulic oil level, lifting the arm, withdrawing the bucket, and checking the hydraulic oil level again. Additionally, checking the hydraulic oil tank scale to ensure that the oil level is sufficient (the scale at 11 to 13 means enough).
Checking for any loose or missing bolts and inspecting for any oil leaks.
Checking the track width to ensure that it is within standard specifications.
These inspections help ensure that the loader is safe, effective, and in good working condition. Any issues found during the inspection can be addressed and resolved quickly, reducing downtime and improving productivity.
